Mom (tucking Jonah in): "Did you know that Daddy and I really wanted you? That you are our dream come true?"
Jonah: "Did you know you were growing a beard, Tereza?"
Mom: "Oh. Where?"
Jonah: "Because I see some hair on your chin."
Mom: "How many hairs?"
Jonah: "Fourteen."

Has anyone told you -- the fall colors have been AMAZING in PDX this year. It was dry and not very windy for a lot of October, and as a result the trees were spactacular.
But now the rain is here, so the fun is over....
